Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UdyamWise Consultants, we believe in providing the best service to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.

Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order or within 12 hours of placing the order.
  2. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed, communicated to vendors/merchants/Government Offices, or dispatched.
  3. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated as per our refund policy.

Refund Policy

  1. All refunds will be subject to a minimum 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
  2. Refund requests will only be processed if the cancellation request is approved by our team.
  3. In case of any approved refunds, it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to the original payment method.
  4. If a refund request is made due to an error on our part, such as incorrect service processing, the full amount will be refunded without any cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Cases

  1. If the service has already been initiated or completed.
  2. If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, leading to the failure of service execution.
  3. If the request does not comply with our cancellation timeframe.
